We include cover for all telephone and remote support, site visits and parts, automated monitoring, maintenance and much more. This is the support every company should really have as it provides a fixed monthly cost and, SCAMP Premier clients also benefit from our inclusive service to help them streamline and grow their businesses.
- SCAMP PlusUnlimited remote supportIncludes unlimited telephone and remote support, automated monitoring, maintenance and more for a fixed monthly subscription. At present this is our most popular choice. Site visits, parts and our business service are not included.
- SCAMP EssentialIf you’ve got internal IT staffProvides essential automated maintenance and monitoring for companies who have an internal IT support provision. Frees staff from mundane tasks allowing them to focus on projects that benefit the client’s business.
- SOHO IT SupportHome workers & micro businessesSOHO IT Support was born out of the need to provide home workers and small businesses without a server, with professional IT support they could rely on, for a small monthly subscription. We include unlimited telephone and remote support but, for a small additional fee, we can cover your hardware and site visits too.
