E-mails are legal documents; did you know that?  Thought not!

You’ll often see disclaimers or ‘signature’ files containing contact details and logos on company e-mails.  A professional ‘signature’ really does make your e-mails stand out from the crowd, yet many companies leave it up to one person who has to manage the whole lot individually.  Worse still, some leave it to individual users to sort out their own; don’t even think about what could happen here. 

Exclaimer allows you to generate and control ‘signature’ files centrally on the server.  It allows automatic insertion of names and other details from your server’s ‘active directory’.  Simple yet superb.
