Our professional, friendly and expert customer support staff are just a phone call away…

Our Newburn offices are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Our main customer support number is 0845 873 7705 or +44 191 264 6617 from outside the UK and we do not have a fax. If you are an existing client, you will have our personal mobile telephone numbers and e-mail addresses; they aren’t listed here for security reasons.

We answer and deal with almost all customer support calls immediately. If you do call and we can’t help you straight away, we’ll call you right back when an engineer is available.

Remember that our engineers are skilled in solving both software and hardware problems on a wide range of equipment.

Service Availability

We don’t expect any problems with the services we provide but, just in case we need to let you know, the status of our external services is listed below.

GREEN indicates everything is as it should be i.e. NORMAL, WARNING shows that a problem might be affecting all or part of the service and ALERT means that an issue is severely affecting or stopping the service. We will provide any details we have below with an estimated completion time.
